From a small Insurance Intermediary start up in 2006, ARF (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd has grown by leaps and bounds since then. Now, we have various departments such as Personal Lines Department and Contact Centre Department. As the number of staff grows, so does our scale of operations, as shown with the opening of our 7 days a week Contact Centre, followed by our walk-in Customer Service Centre.
Together with our expansion efforts to serve our customers better, we pride ourselves in maintaining our standing as one of the top Insurance Intermediary in Singapore, sweeping awards year after year.
